## **Adding a Section**

The section is static on the **collection page** template, it was added initially and cannot be removed.

## **Section settings**

### General

1. **`Show collection image`** - the setting is responsible for displaying the image of the collection;
2. **`Show collection description`** - the setting is responsible for displaying the description of the collection;
3. **`Show countdown timer`** - the setting is responsible for whether the countdown timer will be displayed. In order for it to be displayed as a countdown timer, you need to add the `custom.promo_countdown_timer` metafield and fill it with the correct date and time data;

1. **`Hide breadcrumbs`** - the setting is responsible for hiding breadcrumbs on the collection page;
2. **`Collection custom image`** - the setting allows you to display a custom image. You can upload an image through a picker or use a metafield.

### Colors

1. **`Banner overlay`** - the setting is responsible for selecting an overlay color for the collection image;
2. **`Banner text`** - the setting is responsible for selecting a text color when the collection title and description are placed inside the image;
3. **`Timer cell background color`** - the setting is responsible for the background of the countdown timer cell;
4. **`Timer cell color`** - the setting is responsible for the text color of the countdown timer cell.
