Adding a Section

The section is static on the collection page template, it was added initially and cannot be removed.

Section settings

General

1. Show collection image - the setting is responsible for displaying the image of the collection;

2. Show collection description - the setting is responsible for displaying the description of the collection;

3. Show countdown timer - the setting is responsible for whether the countdown timer will be displayed. In order for it to be displayed as a countdown timer, you need to add the custom.promo_countdown_timer metafield and fill it with the correct date and time data;

1. Hide breadcrumbs - the setting is responsible for hiding breadcrumbs on the collection page;

2. Collection custom image - the setting allows you to display a custom image. You can upload an image through a picker or use a metafield.

Colors

1. Banner overlay - the setting is responsible for selecting an overlay color for the collection image;

2. Banner text - the setting is responsible for selecting a text color when the collection title and description are placed inside the image;

3. Timer cell background color - the setting is responsible for the background of the countdown timer cell;

4. Timer cell color - the setting is responsible for the text color of the countdown timer cell.
